Job Description

Lead high-stakes deals, shape strategy and drive scale as a Sales Manager. As we expand, we’re looking for a Sales Manager who can take ownership of complex enterprise deals and play a strategic role in scaling our go-to-market engine. In this high-impact role, you’ll drive revenue through hands-on selling, while also coaching account executives, collaborating cross-functionally, and helping build a scalable sales infrastructure. You will own and close large enterprise deals ($100K+ ARR) through multi-touch sales cycles. Partner with Marketing and Product teams to align messaging and GTM execution as well as coach AEs through complex negotiations and long sales timelines. You will also monitor performance via Salesforce and Gong, identifying areas for optimization. You will collaborate with revenue leadership on growth strategy and outbound motion and help refine sales processes, playbooks, and team enablement efforts.
