About the Role:
- Recast is looking for a Product Operations Manager II to build the operating system our product organization runs on.
- We are moving from a set of products to a platform and need an operating layer underneath.
- This role is designed to help Recast build that layer.
What You'll Do:
- Own how we plan and prioritize: planning cadence, portfolio view, prioritization framework.
- Make customer reality an operating input through voice of customer infrastructure.
- Protect launch readiness by owning release calendar and coordination.
What We Offer:
- Salary range $115,000 - $157,000 with 10% bonus potential.
