Drive new business opportunities with small to medium-sized businesses. Own the entire sales process—from prospecting and lead qualification to closing deals and driving customer success. Expand your client base and develop long-term relationships with decision-makers. Proactively drive outbound sales efforts to identify and engage potential clients using email, phone, LinkedIn, and marketing campaigns to secure meetings with decision-makers. Guide prospects through the entire sales cycle and act as a trusted advisor. Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities in Salesforce/Gong. Collaborate with the broader team, mentor junior sales staff, and shape team-wide initiatives. Meet or exceed sales quotas through new business efforts, re-engagement strategies, and expansion within existing accounts.
