Join Airtable as our Senior People Operations Manager and lead the transformation of our People function through scalable, automated, and AI-enabled processes. This is a unique opportunity to architect the future of HR at a high-growth software company, driving operational excellence, compliance, and employee experience across a global workforce. You will design and continuously improve scalable, automated, and AI-enabled People Ops processes across the entire employee lifecycle, from hire to retire. You will own the development, implementation, and governance of global HR policies in partnership with Legal, HRBPs, and Compliance Build and maintain a proactive global HR compliance roadmap. You will also design and scale a robust People operations infrastructure, partnering with the HR Tech Lead to optimize our tech stack (Workday, Payroll, and integrations). You will pilot and implement AI-powered tools and automations to reduce operational load and improve employee experience.
