About the Role:
- Lead the product vision and delivery for post-funding experiences including treasury, payments, collections, and customer service.
- Bridge the gap between strategic treasury management and asset recovery, driving digital transformation.
What You’ll Do:
- Empower and lead a product team, fostering outcome-driven mindset and strong business acumen.
- Partner cross-functionally to enhance operational and financial capabilities.
- Own product initiatives end-to-end from feature definition to post-launch optimization.
What We’re Looking For:
- 7–10+ years of product management experience with at least 3 years in leadership within Fintech, Payments, or SMB Lending.
- Deep understanding of payment workflows, event-driven architecture, and API integrations.
