CYE is seeking a passionate, energetic, and self-motivated Sales Engineer to join our team. This individual will collaborate closely with both our engineering and sales teams to act as an expert advocate for our platform. The Sales Engineer will be key in helping our customers and prospects derive maximum value from our cybersecurity solutions. Responsibilities include identifying opportunities, building relationships with partners/customers, demonstrating product knowledge, and assisting with technical challenges. Engaging with customer stakeholders, delivering presentations, and providing technical support to the sales team also key. They will collect and share customer feedback to contribute to product development. Furthermore, ensure smooth transitions during client handovers, renewals, or upgrades.
