Business Analyst

The Business Analyst (BA) in our SDLC team will be pivotal in translating complex policies and business requirements into detailed software requirements for program teams using Salesforce and related tools. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical solutions, driving process improvements and ensuring software products align with organizational goals and policies. Additionally, the BA will mentor and manage analysts, collaborating with stakeholders to develop strategic recommendations and strengthen relationships throughout project planning and execution. The BA will work closely with internal stakeholders, including program teams, developers, QA teams, and project managers, to gather and analyze requirements. The BA will create precise software documentation to guide development and facilitate user acceptance sessions, training, and demos. By providing vital insights and fostering strong stakeholder relationships, the BA will ensure successful project execution, delivering high-quality software solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients and stakeholders.
