Job Description
An exciting opportunity for an experienced business development professional to lead our commercial activities across the European Economic Area, including but not limited to the following countries; the Netherlands, France, Germany, Italy, Spain and Poland. You will be responsible for leading our commercial strategy for the European Economic Area and driving our growth through partnerships and key client development in parallel to our institutional team, which focuses on professional and enterprise clients.
The successful candidate will need to be highly confident and skilled in speaking to high-networth individuals, potential clients, affiliates and partners. As the Head of Sales, you will work with our internal operations, growth, product and marketing teams to achieve the required strategic goals and revenue targets.
The job involves developing and executing commercial strategies, formulating revenue optimization plans, leading partnership work, managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals, driving customer focus, building alignment between sales and other business areas, and analyzing market trends.
