About the Role:
- Manage end-to-end tariff recovery process for imported project materials.
- Report to the Finance & Accounting Supervisor.
- Ensure clients are accurately billed through PCO setup.
What You’ll Do:
- Retrieve Entry Summaries from vendor portals and redact proprietary information.
- Cross-reference container numbers and allocate costs to projects.
- Build PCO Excel/PDF files and apply sales tax and OH&P.
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with customs documentation and PDF editing.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
