Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Engineer to join our growing global team at Sectigo. This position is ideal for professionals with a passion for technology and a desire to grow into a full Sales Engineering role. This individual is involved in technical demonstrations, proof of concept initiatives, and strategic customer interactions - all while developing expertise in Sectigoβs industry-leading security solutions. This is a full-time position working remotely from Italy.
The Sales Engineer will support the sales teams during the sales cycle with technical input and customer management. Participate in technical demos and presentations. Assist in planning and implementing Proof of Concept efforts. Provide technical support during sales engagements and collaborate with Senior SEs. Assist with sales proposals, RFPs, and RFIs. Collect and communicate customer feedback. Collaborate with Sales Engineers on projects involving channel partners and technology alliances. Perform solution research and competitive analysis. Set up and maintain demo environments. Prepare customized demo content. Shadow senior SEs during technical discovery and implementation calls. Contribute to a positive team culture.
