Associate Support Engineer (AMER - PST / MST)

As an Associate Support Engineer, you'll be supporting customers in complex environments.You will be diagnosing performance problems and working with product teams to fix bugs.

You might contribute to source code, improve documentation, and help build more efficient support processes.

Key responsibilities:

• Support a mix of Self-managed and GitLab.com (SaaS) customers.
• Collaborate with various teams to build new features and fix bugs.
• Participate in rotations for weekday and weekend on-call coverage.

Required skills:

• Experience owning customer-facing technical cases end-to-end.
• Proficiency working in Linux-based environments.
• Familiarity with at least one scripting language to automate tasks.
