You will be Avalere Health’s principal in-house legal advisor and a senior, commercially minded partner to the business.
You will provide practical, solutions-focused legal and compliance leadership across the organisation.

What you'll do:

Act as a senior business partner to the Group Leadership Team, providing clear, commercially grounded legal advice.
Lead and develop the Legal and Compliance teams to operate as high-impact, future-ready teams.
Drive continuous improvement, risk governance, and contract management oversight.

About you:

Qualified solicitor with significant post-qualification experience, ideally 10+ years PQE.
Proven experience operating as a General Counsel or leading an in-house legal function within a complex, international organisation.
Strong knowledge of the legal and regulatory landscape across the UK, Europe, and the US.
