Job Description
As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving significant revenue growth and fostering strategic partnerships within a portfolio of key enterprise accounts. You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding complex business challenges and aligning our software solutions to deliver exceptional value. This role requires managing large accounts, navigating executive-level relationships, and driving adoption of enterprise software.
Strategic Account Management: Develop and execute comprehensive account plans, focusing on long-term growth and maximizing customer lifetime value.
Revenue Growth & Expansion: Drive revenue growth by identifying and closing upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Executive Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
Complex Solution Selling: Lead complex sales cycles, including navigating multi-stakeholder environments and presenting compelling value propositions.
Enterprise Solution Adoption: Drive the adoption and utilization of our software solutions, ensuring successful implementation and maximizing return on investment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product Management, Customer Success, and other internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
Contract Negotiation & Management: Lead contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring favorable terms and alignment with company objectives.
Forecasting & Reporting: Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and account performance updates.
