Design and build technical interview questions, including coding exercises, debugging challenges, knowledge assessments, and real-world engineering scenarios.
Write and test interview content across multiple programming languages, checking that solutions are correct and consistent.
Use AI-assisted development tools to speed up content creation, while applying engineering judgment to keep it accurate.

The experience you will bring:

2+ years of professional software engineering experience (post-academic, post-internship), working in at least one modern programming language.
Strong software engineering fundamentals: debugging, testing, reviewing code, and giving constructive technical feedback.
Experience using AI-assisted development tools (ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini Code Assist, or similar).
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Experience working remotely on global, distributed teams, with availability during U.S. hours preferred.
