Schedule:
- 4-week rotation with flexible hours: Weeks 1-3 Monday-Friday, Week 4 includes weekend shifts with midweek days off.
Responsibilities:
- Investigate suspicious activity and fraud triggers to block fraudulent platform behavior and ensure community guideline compliance.
- Manage inquiries in Intercom, document chargeback disputes, and process global data deletion requests.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years experience in Trust & Safety, Risk Operations, or Customer Support, with strong analytical skills and emotional resilience.
- Exceptional written communication and a passion for internet safety, plus proficiency in Google Sheets, Stripe, or similar tools.
