Senior People Business Partner

Manager Coaching & Leadership Enablement:

• Serve as a trusted People partner to managers and directors.
• Coach leaders on performance management and team effectiveness.
• Support newly promoted managers through practical coaching.

Strategic Advisory & Organizational Effectiveness:

• Partner with managers to align people priorities with business goals.
• Provide data-informed guidance on workforce planning and role clarity.
• Support leaders through organizational change.

Talent Management & People Programs:

• Lead and support recurring people programs, including performance reviews.
• Partner with the VP, People, to execute company-wide People initiatives.
• Help ensure consistency across key People processes.
