Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineers, and Army stakeholders to define user experience goals.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability studies with Army personnel.
Qualifications:
- Active Secret security clearance required; Bachelor's degree in HCI or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer supporting complex software products.
- Expertise with Figma or similar tools and strong understanding of user-centered design.
