Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience in business administration or data management, with 2+ years in data entry, contract administration, or asset management.
  • Preferred experience with ERP systems such as SAP and CRM systems like Salesforce, and a strong understanding of service support agreements and renewal processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and enterprise data systems, with the ability to handle high work volumes independently while maintaining data quality and meeting deadlines.

Logistics:

  • The role is remote within the US, with occasional travel up to 25% required based on business need.
  • Physical demands include the ability to sit and use hands for most of the work time, with occasional lifting of up to ten pounds and close vision requirements.
