Accountabilities:
- Act as the primary relationship manager with third-party reporting partners, managing escalations and issue resolution.
- Communicate proactively with internal stakeholders about external reporting requirements, expectations, and timelines.
- Perform data pulls and validations to support credit reporting issue resolution.
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of experience in credit reporting operations, payments, lending, or financial services.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work with data and tools (e.g., SQL) for validation and investigation.
