Senior Manager of Proposals

Oversee the full bid lifecycle, including pre-release preparation, bid analysis, final submission, and post-bid evaluations. Lead and manage a team of bid professionals by setting goals, defining KPIs, supporting performance processes, and fostering collaboration. Serve as lead proposal manager on high-priority or complex bids, ensuring consistency, compliance, and strategic alignment of all submissions with business objectives. Act as the key liaison between the proposals team and cross-functional stakeholders. Report on bid pipeline progress, win/loss trends, and proposal quality metrics to leadership, providing insight-driven recommendations for future bid planning and strategy.
