Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate day-to-day bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online.
  • Record and reconcile rent payments, owner contributions, expenses, and vendor invoices.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

Reconciliation & Reporting:

  • Perform monthly bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Prepare financial statements including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports.
  • Generate property-level reports for owners and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in US real estate or property management accounting.
  • Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO).
  • Solid understanding of rent ledgers, owner statements, reconciliations, and property-level accounting.
