Strategy & Leadership:

  • Own the comprehensive sports and brand partner marketing strategy, aligned to company growth goals.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Sports & Brand Partner Marketing team.
  • Act as a strategic thought partner to the CMO and other executives.

Sports Marketing:

  • Develop and lead sports-led brand marketing initiatives and experiential activations.
  • Lead Oura’s sports marketing strategy, shaping the overarching creative platform and activation vision.
  • Partner closely with PR/Comms, Brand, Creative, and Science/Clinical to develop differentiated narratives.

Commercial Intake, Prioritization & Marketing Governance:

  • Design and lead a clear intake, triage, and prioritization model for marketing requests from the Commercial organization.
  • Partner with Commercial and Finance to assess expected impact and marketing burden for proposed partnerships and activations.
  • Create operating rhythms and communication channels that provide transparency into the marketing request pipeline.
