Actively seeking a Senior Strategic Growth Associate, Advisor Recruiting to join the dynamic Advisor Growth team. This role is pivotal to attracting the best financial advisors to Savvy Wealth and will report directly to the head of Revenue Operations. Primary responsibility will be to identify, source, and nurture financial advisors and wealth managers with transferrable books of business (minimum $25M AUM) to the firm. This will be done through prospecting, lead qualification, and effective reporting.
Primary prospecting efforts will be conducted via digital channels (e.g. advisor databases, email campaigns, and social media) as well as phone-based (cold-calling). Work closely with the Advisor Growth team to understand the ideal target profile for advisors, outreach to prospective advisors across various channels, and build a pipeline of exceptional candidates.
