Director Product Management

What you will do in your first 6 months:

• Go deep on Recast’s product and customers: understand how technical users engage and identify friction.
• Build a clear product roadmap for the next two quarters with a process for updating as priorities change.
• Co-own go to market: work closely with marketing and GTM teams to ensure users get value.

Things you probably have experience in:

• 10+ years PM experience at B2B SaaS companies with meaningful data or analytics product experience.
• Proven track record shipping complex technical products in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience shipping API products and productizing statistical and machine learning models.

Things that should excite you that might scare off other folks:

• Translating PhD-level statistical research into executable engineering specs.
• Working closely with the CEO to build the roadmap and prioritize initiatives.
• Being part of a remote, async-first team spread across time zones.
