Core Responsibilities:
- Own Salesforce to ensure pipeline data accuracy and develop clear reports for leadership visibility.
- Participate in the proposal cycle, from research to creating materials, and support sales calls with the EVP.
- Manage client contracts, renewals, and coordinate internal workflows for billing and team handoffs.
Internal Operations:
- Maintain and improve Business Development workflows and systems, documenting key processes.
- Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies and track cross-team priorities across Sales and Consulting.
- Provide operational support to the EVP and CEO, ensuring alignment on organizational goals.
Qualifications and Success:
- Requires 5–8+ years in business or sales operations, with experience supporting a sales team and managing contracts.
- Strong organizational skills, comfort with CRMs like Salesforce, and excellent communication are essential.
- Success is measured by reduced administrative burden, reliable Salesforce data, smooth contract management, and improved internal coordination within 6–9 months.
