Responsible for all inbound customer service and sales. Responsible for closing and/or triaging sales opportunities. Responsible for executing re-engagement strategies to increase the health score of existing members. Handle complex customer inquiries and escalations via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and expertise. Provide advanced technical support for Adept platform questions and troubleshooting, mentoring junior team members. Proactively assist customers with account management, strategic billing inquiries, and subscription renewals, identifying expansion opportunities. Leverage customer feedback to identify systemic improvements for our products and services. Identify and engage high-potential new subscribers through inbound inquiries and strategic proactive outreach, including key account management upsells and additional license opportunities. Expertly educate prospects on the value and benefits of a CBT Nuggets online subscription, tailoring solutions to specific client needs. Conduct advanced product demonstrations and presentations, often for larger organizations or complex sales cycles. Consistently close sales and significantly exceed individual and team sales targets. Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and sales activities in Salesforce, providing insights for sales forecasting. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless and optimized customer experience. Mentor and coach junior team members on sales best practices and customer service excellence. Continuously stay ahead of new product features and IT training trends, acting as a subject matter expert.
