VP – Market Leader

The VP – Market Leader will serve as the primary leader of Trucordia within the market, overseeing day-to-day operations, client service, and business development. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth performance, fostering a collaborative team environment, and ensuring alignment with the Platform’s goals and Trucordia’s organizational commitments. Market Leader reports to the Senior Vice President of the Platform. Duties include achieving revenue growth targets, attracting new business, and expanding the office’s footprint. It also involves building relationships, identifying growth opportunities, leading the local team, ensuring efficient operations, monitoring KPI’s, and overseeing client service. Manage the office’s financial performance including budgeting, forecasting and expense control.
