Role Overview:
- This is a full-time, 5-month contract Senior Marketing Manager role supporting Goodway's Agency Line of Business during a planned team transition.
- You will operate independently and move quickly to deliver results across demand generation, content, email marketing, product marketing, and sales enablement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans aligned with business priorities and revenue goals for the Agency LOB.
- Manage demand generation campaigns, email marketing, paid media budgets, and lead nurturing workflows.
- Create sales enablement assets, support events, and collaborate cross-functionally with sales, BD, and product teams.
Who You Are:
- You have 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with ownership of full-lifecycle marketing programs.
- You are proficient in marketing automation platforms like Pardot, HubSpot, or Marketo.
- You are comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment and have strong written and verbal communication skills.
