The Channel Account Manager is responsible for supporting directly revenue generating activities at NRI. This role supports Cosell activities between NRI and Microsoft, as measured by new leads from Microsoft, new customer acquisition efforts, and opportunity growth and acceleration. Within Digital Alliances, this role will work closely with Digital Alliances Operations and the Microsoft Programs to drive an increase in activity between NRI and Microsoft. Key responsibilities include driving co-sell motion between NRI and Microsoft, acting as a liaison between Digital Alliances and NRIβs sales functions, and supporting the relationship between NRI and the Microsoft field seller community. The role also involves driving targeted campaigns, developing content, supporting in-market events, conducting training sessions, and identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and automate processes.
