Job Description
The Digital Solutions Manager (DSM) will focus on leading the execution of current and future digital strategies through managing, building and developing the Digital Solutions business development team and leading projects and programs. The DSM will be responsible for administration, organization, execution and adoption of Intuitive’s enhanced digital solutions by collaborating with customer, marketing, sales and other core Intuitive teams. The ability to create and coordinate detailed project plans and inspire engagement from cross functional teams will be critical to the success of this role.
Will work to expand the footprint of Intuitive’s existing da Vinci platform by promoting enhanced digital solutions to targeted customers, turning opportunities into action and building efficiencies over time. The DSM will serve as the liaison between internal teams and the customer to drive integration of new and emerging data programs. This includes prioritizing and organizing activities up to and including measurement of targeting, product utilization, support, and development. The DSM will regularly lead and facilitate meetings, build solid relationships, solve critical business challenges and create new programs and processes with the goal of advancing customer engagement and adoption.
