Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain existing written documentation, periodic review, and Intranet postings.
- Generate concise and accurate feature requests for product definitions.
- Design and help develop serviceability tools to better deploy and troubleshoot and market the product.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in Synapse PACS, Synapse EIS, Synapse Cardiovascular, Synapse VNA, Synapse Pathology, Synapse Mobility, and/or Synapse Analytics Products.
- Expert Level Knowledge of clinical data transfer protocols and interfaces (DICOM, HL7, XML, etc.).
- Must be proficient in at least 2+ Fujifilm products (PACS, CV, EIS, Mobility, 3D, VNA).
