Job Description:
- Align external partner goals with Nabis Mission.
- Maintain transparency with internal organization.
- Improve and standardize communication.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor all comms between partners and Nabis.
- Ensure timely response and effective communication.
- Hold local team accountable to communication metrics.
Brand Operational Onboarding:
- Pickup onboarding process from Partnerships manager.
- Provide white glove service for Brand’s first orders.
- Guide Brands through order creation and overall Nabis process.
Connecting Departments:
- Write and Connect SOP’s between all departments
- Build relationships internally and foster collaboration
- Identify accountability gaps between departments
