Job Description:

  • Align external partner goals with Nabis Mission.
  • Maintain transparency with internal organization.
  • Improve and standardize communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor all comms between partners and Nabis.
  • Ensure timely response and effective communication.
  • Hold local team accountable to communication metrics.

Brand Operational Onboarding:

  • Pickup onboarding process from Partnerships manager.
  • Provide white glove service for Brand’s first orders.
  • Guide Brands through order creation and overall Nabis process.

Connecting Departments:

  • Write and Connect SOP’s between all departments
  • Build relationships internally and foster collaboration
  • Identify accountability gaps between departments
