Job Description
As a Business Development Manager at Arrow ECS, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our IT solutions portfolio across the Baltics. You will work closely with local Arrow teams in product management, marketing, technical support, and vendor relations, in collaboration with the wider Nordic and EMEA teams. Your primary responsibility will be to develop strategic partnerships, grow vendor-aligned sales initiatives, and manage key client and reseller relationships. You will act as a central figure in building trusted relationships between Arrow, our partners, and leading global IT vendors. The role involves identifying key reseller partners, supporting them with tools and training, executing business plans, onboarding new partners, conducting sales training, and collaborating on lead generation campaigns.
