Portfolio Operations Manager, Commercial

The Commercial Portfolio Operations Manager will monitor and manage assigned distributed generation solar assets, to ensure optimal performance for their client's solar photovoltaic (PV) asset portfolio, as well as energy storage projects. This role involves client relationship management, overseeing a portfolio of solar assets, resolving system issues, and coordinating field service resources. The manager will also manage RMA processes, provide service reports, and engage with stakeholders to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. They will be responsible for client & asset onboarding, manage and deliver reporting obligations, provide technical support to clients and service technicians, and support sales and product development initiatives.
