Job Description
The Manager of Sales will be responsible for selling to employers, both directly and through key partnerships (health plans/ASOs, PBMs, Consultants, etc) to our mid-market customers ranging from approximately 1500 to 5000 employees. The goal is to secure positive contracts & relationships with this mid-market customer base. You will have the opportunity to help build our commercialization efforts and capitalize on the national attention Virta is receiving for our industry-changing work. Within your first 90 days you will build internal relationships with Virta team members, learn the Virta story, outreach to prospects, and create a roadmap for prospecting. As part of your duties at Virta, you may come in contact with sensitive patient information that is governed by HIPAA, it will be expected to follow Virta's security and privacy procedures to ensure our patients' information remains strictly confidential.
