Salesforce Data 360 Enablement Architect

About the Role:

• We are seeking a knowledgeable Salesforce Data 360 expert to join our internal enablement team.
• This role focuses on educating and empowering learners to confidently understand and use Salesforce Data 360.
• The ideal candidate is a passionate educator who can break down complex concepts into approachable, real-world learning experiences.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Deliver live instruction virtually on Salesforce Data 360.
• Design and facilitate curriculum, training assets, hands-on exercises, and projects.
• Translate complex technical concepts into simple, digestible content for learners.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree required; Data 360 Consultant Salesforce certification required.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data 360 and strong understanding of data modeling, identity resolution, and SQL.
• Prior teaching or training experience preferred but not required.
