You will also prepare payroll variables, monitor employee benefits, and act as the main point of contact for employees, providing essential information and contributing to continuous improvement of the employee experience. Furthermore, you will support HR digitalization, participate in HR projects, prepare HR reporting, ensure regulatory monitoring, and maintain operational documentation.
