This Payroll Specialist role at Deel involves assisting in standard accounting tasks related to payroll processes, including salary calculation, for various well-known clients across industries such as pharmaceutical, investment management, fashion, and banking. Main responsibilities include maintaining payroll records, ensuring compliance with employment contracts and regulations, managing client inquiries, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of monthly payroll files.

Our client needs are growing. We anticipate needing a bilingual French/English recruiting coordinator/admin support. This individual will work in a process-driven environment and will need to be comfortable working with multiple systems, in a fast-paced environment and with trackers/metrics. The tasks this individual will work on will include scheduling candidate interviews, pre-screening candidates, offer letter generation, initiating/conducting background checks and other tasks.
