Job Description

The HR Business Systems Analyst will manage HR process and product operations in PeopleSoft as the company transitions to Oracle HCM Cloud, supporting functional customers and systems in areas like Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, and Talent Acquisition. Responsibilities include partnering with subject matter experts to learn business processes, identify support plans, and implement bug fixes, create process documentation, and identify improvements. Further responsibilities involve performing complex analysis to identify opportunities to improve functional process or system performance, developing strategies for addressing process gaps, and serving as the Product Owner for assigned applications. The analyst will also present solutions to senior business stakeholders and technical staff, perform initial analysis of change requests, and train others in the development of self-service products. Also, they will lead process improvement project teams, gather complex user requirements, and deliver process streamlining methodologies.
