Job Summary:
- Manage audiovisual systems integration projects as a Senior Project Coordinator.
- Support a dynamic range of projects including video production studios and corporate event centers.
Essential Functions:
- Provide presale support by coordinating proposal resources and pricing.
- Execute project initiation and tracking, including budgets, documentation, and procurement.
- Handle project close-out and warranty support tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, broadcast engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years of project management experience with proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Solutions Q360.
