Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule, prioritize, and coordinate work orders with vendors, onsite teams, and stakeholders.
  • Allocate resources, resolve scheduling issues, and ensure work order readiness.
  • Track, complete, document, and submit work orders for billing.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Monitor performance against timelines, quality standards, SLAs, and KPIs.
  • Communicate status updates and confirm completion with stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with operational procedures and quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of project coordination or operations support experience.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Proficient in MS Office; strong documentation and workflow coordination skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills (phone and email).
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
