Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule, prioritize, and coordinate work orders with vendors, onsite teams, and stakeholders.
- Allocate resources, resolve scheduling issues, and ensure work order readiness.
- Track, complete, document, and submit work orders for billing.
Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor performance against timelines, quality standards, SLAs, and KPIs.
- Communicate status updates and confirm completion with stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of project coordination or operations support experience.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Proficient in MS Office; strong documentation and workflow coordination skills.
- Excellent English communication skills (phone and email).
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
