Project Controls Coordinator

Project Coordination & Execution:

• Coordinate commissioning activities across multiple active projects simultaneously.
• Manage communication between Construction Managers, vendors, OEMs, and internal teams.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and critical deadlines.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Serve as a primary point of contact across multiple stakeholders.
• Lead and actively participate in large project calls via Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
• Ensure all stakeholders understand expectations, timelines, and responsibilities.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate and organized project documentation.
• Track commissioning progress, testing status, and issue resolution.
• Prepare and distribute clear meeting notes with defined ownership and deadlines.
