Role Summary:
- Support the CLIENT's Product Delivery Manager in deploying Zoom & Polycom Phone to Retail Branches nationwide.
- Focus on administrative tasks: tracking deliverables, manipulating spreadsheets, and performing data integrity checks.
- Provide metrics and reporting to ensure project milestones are met.
Primary Duties:
- Track project deliverables and update status in a centralized repository.
- Manipulate and upload spreadsheets used for Zoom implementations.
- Participate in project meetings and assist with recording minutes.
Competencies:
- Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, graphing) and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
Required Education & Experience:
- 2-4 years as a technology Project Coordinator.
- 8-10 years using PC in business environment including MS Office.
