Role Summary:

  • Support the CLIENT's Product Delivery Manager in deploying Zoom & Polycom Phone to Retail Branches nationwide.
  • Focus on administrative tasks: tracking deliverables, manipulating spreadsheets, and performing data integrity checks.
  • Provide metrics and reporting to ensure project milestones are met.

Primary Duties:

  • Track project deliverables and update status in a centralized repository.
  • Manipulate and upload spreadsheets used for Zoom implementations.
  • Participate in project meetings and assist with recording minutes.

Competencies:

  • Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, graphing) and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.

Required Education & Experience:

  • 2-4 years as a technology Project Coordinator.
  • 8-10 years using PC in business environment including MS Office.
