About the Role:
- We're building the core Agent capabilities and Skill ecosystem for Binance Agentic.
- You'll need to understand both AI Agent boundaries and Web3 business scenarios.
- You'll rally engineering, business, operations, and partner teams to ship Agent-powered products.
Responsibilities:
- Own the design of Agent-related capabilities across Binance Agentic.
- Build and maintain the Harness framework for evaluation.
- Drive cross-functional delivery and continuous iteration.
Requirements:
- Experience in AI products, Agent products, or developer tooling.
- Background in Web3, exchanges, wallets, or crypto assets.
- Hands-on understanding of AI Agents, tool-calling, and evaluation frameworks.
