System Support Administrator

As the System Support Administrator for Gurobi Optimization, your responsibilities will revolve around maintaining and optimizing computer systems and servers. You will conduct regular maintenance activities, install hardware and software, and ensure the smooth operation of Gurobi's IT infrastructure. By proactively addressing vulnerabilities and performance issues, you will minimize the risk of system failures or downtime, keeping the organization's operations uninterrupted. Additionally, you will actively participate in research and development efforts to enhance Gurobi's IT capabilities. You will Provide end-user systems support across the business, support Mac and Windows laptops, peripherals, and monitors and maintain core security and login infrastructure using Single Sign-On (SSO) systems. You will also manage, update, and provide centralized user accounts for end-user infrastructure, including email, office systems, Single Sign-On (SSO), and other related systems. As the systems administrator, you will be vital in optimizing Gurobi's computer systems and servers, ensuring reliable operation, and supporting the organization's growth and success.
