About the Role:

  • Join the Professional Services team and lead customer migrations from Explo to Omni.
  • Scope, sell, and deliver technical projects, advise customers, build solutions, and manage consulting teams.
  • Identify issues, share feedback to shape product direction, and discover new use cases.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve customer outcomes through managing and driving a portfolio of consulting and delivery partners.
  • Define and document best practices and design patterns for the use of Omni.
  • Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to provide user feedback and guide product direction.

About You:

  • 3.5+ years in technical consulting / project management, ideally in the data space.
  • Strong technical background with hands-on experience in data engineering and/or BI tools.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you’re constantly learning and collaborating.
