Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies to drive business in new and existing markets, presenting Resi's product to evoke confidence and remove technical objections.
- Own a Mid-Market sales territory, guiding prospects through the buyer's journey and demonstrating how to leverage streaming.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in at least two sectors: SaaS Sales, Broadcast and Production Technology, or the Church/religious non-profit space.
- A track record of achieving sales quotas and experience working with a CRM and understanding sales performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to deliver engaging presentations.
Compensation and Work Model:
- The role offers a $65k base plus $40k variable compensation for a $105k OTE, with a hybrid model of 3 days in-office and 2 days remote per week.
- Approved remote work is limited to specific US states, and the schedule is 8AM-5PM Central Time.
