Controller

As a Controller, you will play a critical role in scaling the finance organization and ensuring a robust foundation of financial controls, reporting, and operational excellence. This executive will oversee the Accounting, Billing and Collections, Accounts Payable, Payroll, and Tax teams—driving accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across all areas. You’ll be a trusted partner to the CFO and a core contributor to building scalable infrastructure in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will lead the Accounting Function, ensure timely, accurate financial reporting, manage key functions like Accounting, Billing, and Tax teams. You will also build and mentor talent, strengthen internal controls, drive process optimization, manage audit & compliance, manage technical accounting & policy, handle cross-functional partnership, and manage risk & compliance.
