WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Serve as a trusted thought partner and proxy to the Head of Sales, managing strategic agenda and preparing for high-stakes meetings.
- Own the sales operating cadence, including pipeline reviews, forecast calls, QBRs, and sales off-sites.
- Drive pipeline visibility and forecasting by building reporting and dashboards that give leadership a clear view of performance.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- 5-7 years of experience, including 2-4 years at a top-tier management consulting firm or in a sales strategy role.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to drive clarity for any audience.
- Strong analytical horsepower and comfort building models and strategic frameworks from scratch.
