Manager, Software Engineering Management - ITAM

Leadership and Team Management:

• Manage and build a team of engineers by identifying strengths, providing career development, and proactively elevating engineers.
• Manage departmental resources, staffing, mentoring, and enhancing a best-of-class engineering and quality team.
• Foster collaboration and apply structured decision-making to solve ambiguous problems.

Technical Direction and Execution:

• Set technical direction and serve as a thought partner to engineers and product counterparts.
• Drive key initiatives such as license compliance, optimization, telemetry improvements, and AI-driven features.
• Evaluate technical feasibility of product requirements and contribute to design discussions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Partner with product management, design, support, quality, and other dev teams to create high-quality solutions.
• Coordinate with the India engineering team to maintain alignment across time zones.
• Manage daily activities and lead monthly release cycles with product management.
